About Us
Taking the Cuffs off our Youth to give them another chance
Knowing Your Worth Outreach is a 501 C3 psycho-therapeutic educational at-risk youth program designed to work with the legal courts and school districts to avoid convictions. Our staff has over 20 years of experience dealing with juveniles. With this in mind, they have helped thousands of at-risk youths change their lives by utilizing their professional and educational skills to mentor and educate youth through workshops targeting their needs. We know that the legal system and the expulsion process can sometimes be overwhelming for your family. We are dedicated to providing you with a program to help reduce recidivism in Cook, Will, Kendall, and DuPage Counties. If you don’t feel like you understand your options, ask, and we will work to find an explanation that works for you. Our eight-week program will operate between 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM, every Saturday.

A Team Focused on Results
According to Kethineni & Grubb (2021), the Redeploy Illinois (RI) program provides services to nonviolent, moderate to high-risk youth who were likely to be committed to the Illinois Department of Juvenile Justice (IDJJ), which oversees juvenile correctional institutions. The first step is for us to work with you and develop a plan to get the results you need. We will craft a path to success through our understanding of the law and your understanding of the circumstances. Knowing Your Worth Outreach Mission Statement is dedicated to empowering youth and families by providing transformative support through sports training, mentorship, education, and counseling. Our mission is to break cycles of trauma, instill confidence, and equip young people with the tools they need to succeed in life.
